Terms of Service
The effective date will be set at launch.
1. Who we are and what this is
TeasSimulator provides online practice tests for the ATI TEAS, Version 7. By creating an account or purchasing access you agree to these terms.
TeasSimulator is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ATI or Ascend Learning. ATI TEAS® is a registered trademark of Assessment Technologies Institute.
2. What you are buying
Access to TeasSimulator is sold as a one-time purchase of digital goods. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. You are not charged again unless you choose to buy another plan.
A purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the practice content and simulator features included in the plan you bought, for your own study. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the questions, explanations, or any other content.
3. Delivery and access
Access is granted to your account immediately after a successful payment. Because this is a digital product, there is nothing to ship. We may update, add to, or reorganise content over time; we may also retire features, and we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes without notice.
4. Refunds
Refund terms are finalized before launch — contact [email protected] with any question about a purchase. We make no promises of any kind about outcomes, scores, or admissions results.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person. We may suspend an account that is shared, automated, or used to extract content in bulk.
6. Accuracy and no professional advice
Our questions are original and written to ATI's published format specifications. They are not real TEAS questions, and we do not claim they predict your official score. TeasSimulator reports raw percent correct; the official TEAS reports equated (adjusted) scores, so your real score will differ. Nothing on this site is admissions, academic, or medical advice.
Exam facts such as cost, retake intervals, and score validity are set by ATI and by individual programs and can change. Always confirm the requirements published by the schools you are applying to.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe its security, submit unlawful content, or use it to infringe anyone's rights. We may suspend access for conduct that does.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of TeasSimulator is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or admissions outcomes.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
TODO-F2: the governing law and the venue for disputes are set once the operating entity is finalized, and published here before launch.
